    摘要:

    随着无人机的相关技术的飞速发展,无人战机的研究成为了世界各国军事领域的研究热点。其中,无人战机的自主决策问题是其中的核心问题。自主决策指的是基于空战态势,利用数学优化理论、人工智能等方法,独立自主地生成机动动作控制指令以完成设定目标的过程。本文介绍了世界各国当今的研究进展、然后基于空战决策的求解思路,将决策方法分为三类:基于对策理论、基于专家知识及基于启发式学习算法的决策方法。针对基于对策理论的空战决策方法,阐述了从微分对策到矩阵对策的发展及联系;针对基于专家知识的空战决策方法,介绍了该类方法的建模方法,改进方向;针对基于启发式学习算法的决策方法,论述了各典型方法的适用条件、改进途径等。总结分析了各方法的优势及不足。最后对无人机空战决策的研究难点进行分析及展望了未来的研究方向与趋势。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of UAVs, the research of UAVs has become a hotspot in the military field of the world. The autonomous maneuvering decision of unmanned aircraft is the key problem. Autonomous maneuvering decision of UAVs refers to the process of independently generating maneuvering action control instructions to complete the target setting based on autonomous air Combat situation, using mathematical optimization theory and artificial intelligence. This paper introduces the research progress of various countries in the world, and then divides the maneuvering decision methods into three categories: based on game theory, expert knowledge and heuristic learning algorithm. For the former kind of methods, the paper expounds the development and relationship from differential game to matrix game. Aiming at the expert knowledge-based air combat decision making method, the paper introduces the modeling method and improvement direction of this method. For the other kind of method, this paper discusses the suitable condition improvement ways of each typical method. Then analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Finally, the research difficulties of UAV air combat decision-making are analyzed and the future research direction and trend are prospected.
