    摘要:

    发展语言智能处理技术是全球新军事科技研发的重要趋势。在几十年的发展过程中,美军不遗余力的推进新的语言智能技术的研发与应用。在人工智能宏观政策和举措的带动下,美国政府与军方在语言智能领域采取了较为清晰的战略路线:明确需求方向,注重长远规划;重视军民融合,调动地方研发活力;创新技术研发资金的管理模式,提高发展效率;推动技术在关键领域的应用,加快美军战斗力的形成。面对这一趋势,我们需要在长远规划、军民融合以及竞争机制上下功夫,为我国国防语言能力的智能化发展提供宏观的支撑。

    Abstract:

    The development of intelligent language processing technologies is an important trend in the research and development of global new military science and technologies. Over the decades of development, the US military has spared no effort in the development and application of the intelligent language processing technologies. Driven by the macro policies and measures of artificial intelligence, the US government and military have adopted relatively clear strategic lines in the field of intelligence language processing: lay emphasis on demand-driven and long-term planning tactics; attach importance to civil-military integration, mobilize the R&D vitality of local enterprises; innovate the management mode of technology R&D funds and improve the efficiency of development; promote the application of technologies in key areas, strengthen the combat capability of the US military. Under this circumstance, we need to make great efforts in long-term planning, civil-military integration and competition mechanism, so as to provide macro support for the intelligent development of national defense language capability.
